We renovated this Edmonton home from the kitchen to the primary suite. Herringbone floors run through the main floor and the upstairs hallway and tie the rooms together.
The kitchen has two islands, one on a fluted wood base, with white stone counters and a full height stone backsplash. A curved range hood, black framed glass cabinets, open walnut shelving and a built in bar fridge finish the room.
In the living room a plastered fireplace sits between small windows and tall mirrors. The dining room has an arched alcove painted deep brown.
The powder room has rust coloured walls and a fluted pink sink with a wall mounted faucet. Upstairs, the home office is painted deep green on the walls and ceiling, with panel moulding.
The primary bedroom has dark walls and a dark ceiling. Through an arched opening, the ensuite has a checkered tile floor that continues onto the shower ceiling, fluted wall tile with brass fixtures and a double vanity.
